Greetings G2F Gang,grace2flogo

Last week we talked about thanksgiving and looked at Psalm 100. I said that we would get back to the life (and story) of Abraham this week…

Well, guess what happens right after Thanksgiving? CHRISTMAS! Yes indeed, we are smack dab in the middle of Christmas and, therefore, we are going to begin the journey towards that special day.

This week we will be looking at Luke 1:26-38. You’ve definately heard this story before. The angel Gabriel appears to Mary with some unbeleivable news. Read the passage and think about what this means to you and your life. I am very excited about this story and have seen some things I’ve never seen before (which is good, because we looked at this story last year too!).

Be sure to check out the announcement bel;ow to see how you can help make Christmas special this year for some very special kids!

Have a great rest of the week and looking forward to Sunday!

Grace and peace,

For the next 2 weeks (12/6 & 12/13), we will be collecting toys for Christmans gifts for kids at Saint Mary’s Home for Disabled Children.

Another cool thing is that we are joining with the kids who go to Young Life Capurnaum in this project. In fact, it was their idea. Disabled folks giving to disabled children who are orphans.

If you are interested in participating with us, it is best to go to and scroll down to look at “Children’s Wish List” on the right-hand side (there are some restrictions on what kinds of gifts the children can receive– no stuffed animals, no clothes with sequins or studs, etc.).

I am hoping to have our kids pitch in and all go together to get some things.

Finally, we will take any donated items to the Capurmaum Christmans party on Monday Dec. 14 at Holy Family Catholic Church– and from there they we be given to Saint Mary’s.

If you have any questions about this project, the Capurnaum Christmas party of motorcycles contact Jim Howley

e-mail would be best
